The IQLand MCP server is a Model Context Protocol connector. Add it once in any MCP-compatible assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others — and it can query live IQLand data — zoning, comparable sales, construction cost, feasibility KPIs, and appraisals — on your behalf, scoped to your account.

Every request requires a valid OAuth bearer token. The assistant completes the OAuth handshake automatically on first connect — there are no API keys to copy. Each token is bound to your IQLand account, and tool calls run against your own data and entitlements.
